You'll need:
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons light mayo
- 2 teaspoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup cubed chicken
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup craisin
- 1/2 cup grapes
Mix together the yogurt, mayo, orange juice, and sugar in a small bowl, stir until smooth
Next add in the rest of the ingredients
Stir until well mixed
Cover and chill for two hours.
Put onto a delicous fresh roll feel free to add the fresh veggies as if you were at subway and ENJOY!
